Who are we? We're 5 guys and a lady who have worked in the service industry here in Chicago since the early 90s. We like to be social, we like to have fun, we like to drink and of course if you recognize any of us you know we love to eat! Separately and together we have worked in bars, clubs and restaurants all over the City of Chicago. Our bar and club experience includes: The Hunt Club, Tequila Roadhouse, the Buzz, Glow, Wet, WhiteStar Lounge, the Dragon Room, Circus, Hogs n Honeys, Spoon, Le Passage, Medusas, the Cue Club, the China Club, Shelter, Lucky's, Polyesters, the Metro, Smart Bar, Vision, Kustom. Our restaurant and kitchen experience includes Naha, Follia, Swank, Trio, Boka and Terragusto. So, we decided to open a "Gastro Pub" together, with the intent to deliver high touch customer service for everyone who walks in our doors! How do we deliver that service? By providing the same experiences we crave when we hit the town ourselves: creating a nice atmosphere, having good service with a friendly, knowledgeable staff, and of course, chowing down fabulous food. Along our journey to opening up the Libertine we picked up a Chef, Tony Galzin who feeds us well, very well in fact.
